+ WHY EUDA TRAVEL
Euda is short for the Greek word Eudaimonia meaning flourish, free spirit and happiness which is what we live by, we offer the ultimate, free spirit travel experiences across the globe for 18 - 35, we believe that life is simply rollercoaster that we all ride and our mission is to add some twist and turns that will live long in your memory for the rest of your lives.

We have years of experience in travel, offering experiences, unlike others for like-minded people willing to step out of their comfort zone and say yes, because at the end we all know we haven't got very long on this earth and we intend to live it the best possible way we can.
+ TRAVELLING SOLO/BUDDIES
If you're struggling to convince your friends to join you on an adventure or just simply want to travel on your own, don't worry you're not alone! Travelling solo on a group tour can be one of the most exciting and positive ways to experience a new destination, meet new friends and simply jump out of that comfort zone.
The majority of our group members are solo travellers, so joining one of our tours is a great way to meet people and make friends. Before your trip starts, we'll put you in touch with the rest of your group via our private Facebook group tour, so you can start chatting and get to know each other, Itโs also very common that you find after the trip ends people will continue to travel onwards with the friends they've made. Once you register for a tour, you can start chatting to other members of your group. A month before the start of your tour we will create a Facebook group with everyone on tour and a link to it will be included in your pre-departure pack.
+ ACCOMMODATION & ROOMING
Our accommodation is mainly shared accommodation in some awesome hotels, homestays and sometimes hostels. You will always be sharing a room with someone of the same sex from your group. We do sometimes stay in dorm accommodation which will be exclusive to our tour group. Our accommodation has been hand-picked with safety being our top priority.
We can certainly ensure that you are always roomed with your travel partner or friends, but we canโt always guarantee it will just be the two of you or your friends in one room. Some of the trips sometimes have hostel-style shared rooms, if you are really set on having privacy throughout the trip, just let us know and we will do whatever we can to help make that happen.
+ FLIGHTS
Flights are not included in our tours, travelers are responsible for booking their own flights at the appropriate time. We recommend booking a flight that arrives at the destination before 5pm local time on the first day of the tour, to allow time to settle in before the welcome dinner. Once your flights are booked, please send the details to info@eudatravel.com so we are aware of your expected arrival time. No matter how early or late you arrive on the first day of the tour, let us know and one of our team members will be there to greet you at the airport.
If you choose to arrive prior to day one of the tour starting, it will be your responsibility to make your own way to the meeting point on the start date of our tour. Make sure you send us all of your travel details prior to the tour starting, so we can do our best to support you.
+ CHANGE OF PLAN
Plans sometimes change, so if you wish to cancel or change your tour please let us know 60 days before the start date and we will do our best to move things around. If you have to change things up for reasons outside of your control or cancel your trip inside 60 days of the start of your tour, then an administrative fees will apply and any date change will only be subject to availability. In addition, whilst we will always do our best to accommodate you, please be aware that we cannot guarantee availability to another tour or change of dates.
+ VISAS

+ Money & what to expect
Everyone spends differently so itโs hard for us to give an exact amount, but we usually recommend around $30 โ $40 (CAD) a day to have a great time. However, this may change depending on the type of tour you book or country you visit. All your activities, transport and accommodation are covered in the tour cost, so you just need spending money for food, drinks, shopping and any other extra activities you want to do. Please note, we cannot be held responsible if you start popping bottles of champagne on the first night and run out of money.
There are ATMs available at most of our destinations, however depending on the tour you sign up to, limited access to ATMs may occur. It's always a good idea to have some cash on you just in case.
+ VACCINATIONS & FIRST AID
For most of our destinations you donโt need any specific vaccinations. However, we always recommend checking with your doctor or travel nurse at least a few months before the tour starts, particularly as some countries recommendations may vary and recommended vaccinations change with time. Our team at Euda Travel have basic training in assisting our travelers with first aid. In addition, we suggest our travelers take precautions and bring basic necessities such as; travel sickness tablets, sun screen, bandages or any other first aid related resources.
If you are on prescription medication, please make sure you bring enough for the entire trip. While we make sure the safety of our travelers is always our first priority, there may be accidents or unforeseen illness where professional medical attention is needed.
+ TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend all our guests to purchase travel insurance, and you should make sure it covers you for the whole of your trip.
+ FOOD ALLERGIES
If you have an allergy you must let us know as we will make your group leader aware. We also recommend printing out allergy cards in the local language. These cards can be easily found on google and are great to carry as they can be shown to the restaurants, we eat at to explain your allergy in depth and make sure nothing gets lost in translation. On some of our tours, certain food meals are included during the day and in the evening, we head out for a group dinners.
+ GROUP LEADER
Your group leader will get in touch with you before your trip to confirm your meeting time/flight details and to introduce themselves. Our group leaders are always there for you, so please do not hesitate to ask any question what so ever, or simply nag them whenever you want.
+ INCULED & NOT INCLUDED
Each tour we do is different, so inclusions and non-inclusions will vary from tour to tour. For this reason, it is important to carefully read the list of inclusions and non-inclusions relevant to your tour. This will ensure you are well informed about what to expect from the tour and also assist you in planning for your daily spending money. Whilst every tour is different, we do have a general list of inclusions and non-inclusions on all our tours.
Inclusions: Fun, easy-going, friendly tour leaders, accommodation, transportation to and from each destination and all of the activities listed on the tour page.
Non-Inclusions: Food on some of our tours, alcohol, any activities not listed on the tour page, travel visas, travel insurance, shopping, any transportation to personal excursions and/or activities not included in the tour.
+ EVENING TIME
We head out every evening as a group for dinner. We take you to some of the coolest spots around as well as some hidden gems weโve discovered over the years. This is not part of the itinerary, so you do not have to participate but we try to maximise your adventure far and beyond expectations.
+ NOT TO WORRY
We pride ourselves on being easy going and traveling with us is about being who you want to be and all about what you want to do. Whilst we are all about fun and adventure, we understand that some activities may not be for you. If for whatever reason you do not wish to do an activity, we will do our best to find an alternative or you can just sit back and relax.
If you have booked a tour and know in advance that an activity just isnโt your thing, send us an email at info@eudatravel.com to let us know so we can have as much time as possible to plan an alternative. If you change your mind about an activity once you are already on a tour, all you need to do is let your tour leader know.
BOOKING QUESTIONS
+ PAYMENT
We offer a deposit option of $200 and a full payment of your chosen tour per person, but if you pay only a deposit you would need to make sure the final balance is paid in full 60 days before the start date. If you are booking within 60 days of your chosen start date you will need to pay the full balance.
+ CURRENCIES
Our prices are advertised in GBP, AUD, CAD, EUR, and USD. But the charge will be in CAD However, you can use any debit/credit card and your bank will use their own rates to exchange in to your currency.
+ BOOKING
You can book online with a debit/credit card via the โBook Nowโ button on each tour page. We also have the option to pay via Pay Pal through our payment portal. Alternatively, you can drop us an email or message and we can create you an invoice to pay through bank transfer or via PayPal Please note:
+ GUARANTEED PLACE
Your spot is locked in once you pay your deposit. All you need to do is make sure your final balance is paid off 60 days before the start date of your trip. After you make your initial deposit, you can expect to receive your welcome email within 1-2 business days as there is some manual processing required. Although most welcome emails make their way to the inbox of the email used during registration, please keep an eye on your junk mailbox in case it ends up there instead.
+ CANCELLATION
Cancelling something you have been looking forward to for so long sucks and we know that. We try our very best to accommodate every single situation, but we must make sure our tours go ahead for other travellers too. With that being said, we simply cannot change or adjust our rules. We ask that full payment is made at least 60 days prior to the tour start date. If you cancel your tour more than 60 days prior to departure, all payments (except for your deposit) are refundable. If you cancel your tour with less than 60 days until the tour start date but greater than 30 days, 50% of the total tour cost will be forfeited. Any cancelation 30 days or less from the tour start date will ultimately forfeit 100% of the tour cost.
+ BOOKING AN ADVENTURE
Signing up is a walk in the park. Simply locate the โBOOK NOWโ button on the tour that you have chosen, drop us a deposit of only $200 (CAD), fill in the blanks required and before you know it the first step towards your adventure is complete! If you would prefer to pay the full amount upfront, we also have that option.
When you are ready to book a tour, make sure you have all the necessary information on hand. Things like passport details and medical conditions are important for us to make sure you have no worries while traveling with us. An automatic email will be sent to you outlining what tour you have booked, so make sure you keep an eye out for that. Once we receive your sign up information, you will receive a welcome email outlining everything you need to know about your adventure. + LIFETIME DEPOSIT
When you book an adventure with us, all that is required to secure your spot is the $200 Lifetime Deposit. What that means is you can register for a trip, confirm your spot and any special discounts or offers risk free! If you have to cancel your trip for whatever reason, that $200 is never lost, it just gets turned into credit which can be used towards any of our other adventures in the future โ roll with the good time. The good news is the voucher is valid for life.
+ PROMO CODES & DISCOUNTS
We offer group discounts for groups of 5 or more, so please get in touch to find out more. We have promo codes from time to time for tours, but we only allow one discount or promo code to be applied per booking. They, unfortunately, cannot be combined and are non-transferable. If you have won a voucher and wish to sign up while we have another promotion running, we would only allow one of the two. (the one of higher value) Cancelling or switching from your original booking would give up any discount or promo code you may have used when signing up. By forfeiting your booking, you are also losing the discount, sale or promotion.
OTHER QUESTIONS
+ WE ARE DIFFERENT
Itโs all about balance! Partying is simply a product of this equation when you get a group of fun-loving people together in a beautiful destination. However, this is certainly not the focus of our trips. Each tour is different, let alone each destination. We have explored hidden lands, surfed other waves and chosen the best things to do and experience on our tours. We believe itโs just as essential to be consumed by the surrounding environment and take in the culture around you as it is to let loose and challenge someone to a dance-off at night!
Our trips visit destinations that provide many opportunities to mix things up. If youโre not going to the party, you will have no problem having a great time staying active doing other activities. The great thing about group travel is that there is almost always someone in the group who feels like doing something different! Every traveller is coming along for other reasons, and we know that, so putting you first is our priority, and we plan our trips to suit everyone.
Sometimes we plan nights for our groups in different destinations (like themed costume parties, boat parties, and pub crawls). Still, theyโre never parties where drinking is forced upon you or is necessary to enjoy yourself and have a great time. If youโre worried about your trip being too focused on partying, stop worrying! Weโve developed the perfect recipe, mixing a cup of amazing people, a dash of partying, and a shot of adventureโshake well and add paradise! Youโve got yourself a fantastic experience ahead!
+ END OF TOUR
Transports to the airport or any other locations after the tour ends are not included in the tour; however, your group leader can help you book any transfers you need or help you with any ongoing travel arrangements. Remember, we are here to look after you, so if you need any help, please do not hesitate to ask us any questions you may have. We will do our utmost best to help you out.
The last day of the itinerary is check-out day, so the tour will officially finish then. Use this as a travel day to get to your next destination.
+ PASSPORT
Everyone who travels with us will need a passport. This is the most crucial document you need to enable you to travel, so we advise your passport is valid six months from the expected date of return to your home country.
+ BACKPACK VS SUITCASE
We would always recommend a backpack. Itโs a simple way to move around and is the best investment you can make for our adventure together and future endeavours. Suitcases are not ideal for most of the destinations we go to, as suitcases have wheels it's tough to pull them across a beach or gravel areas.
+ PACKING
Everyone is different. Our team has been travelling the world for years and has one tip for our travellers: Pack light and smart. Leave it if you think you wonโt use something or need it.
